Event space in Ochota: birthdays, corporate events and Christmas parties
Looking for an event space in Warsaw? Burley Club is a shisha bar in Ochota for birthdays, company parties and group get-togethers around the table - with shisha by a master, Chinese tea and signature cocktails. We'll close the Private Room just for you, the Main Hall holds up to 100 people for events, and there are microphones and screens for toasts, presentations or your own karaoke.
A party at a shisha lounge, not a rented hall
Most “party venue” offers in Warsaw are rooms for hire: an empty space, a set menu, a DJ. Burley Club works differently. It's a shisha bar with full service, where your whole group comes for the evening. The master prepares shisha and picks an aroma for your company, we brew Chinese tea with a ceremony at your table, and the bartender suggests signature cocktails and lemonades. Not every guest has to smoke - a pot of tea, a cocktail and a board game work just as well at a party.
That's what our occasions look like: birthdays, team get-togethers, a farewell before someone moves away, a friend coming back to town. An evening at the table, conversation and a few extras you choose yourselves.
Rooms for 8 to 100 guests
Need a room for 30 people? The Main Hall has 40 seats and holds up to 100 people for events. The Private Room is a private event space we close just for your group. Mention in your booking notes where you'd like to sit - we'll take it into account.
Private Room
A closed room just for your group: a round stone-topped table, velvet armchairs and a big screen with PlayStation 5. We arrange booking terms by phone.

Sofas along the brick wall, armchairs by the window and a big screen framed by a theatre curtain. This is where we show matches and big events.

Small Room
Heavy curtains shut out the buzz of the rest of the club. Deep armchairs and warm light make it a good place for a date, a quiet talk or an evening with a book.

Birthdays at a shisha lounge in Warsaw
A birthday venue doesn't have to mean hiring a room and paying for a per-person package. At Burley Club, birthdays are celebrated around the table: just the two of you, with a few close friends or with the whole crew.
- For two or a few people. Wondering where to take your partner or a friend for their birthday? A table in the Small Room, tea brewed at the table, a signature cocktail and a cake you bring in advance: we'll keep it in the fridge and serve it when you give us the sign.
- With friends. The Private Room closed just for you: your own playlist, a PlayStation 5 on the big screen, board games from the shelf by the entrance. A good choice when you want everyone you invite to sit together.
- Milestone birthdays: 30th, 40th and beyond. For a bigger birthday party - the Main Hall or the whole club to yourselves: microphones for toasts, screens for photos and videos from your years together, lighting in the colour the birthday person picks.
Your own cake, catering and decorations - by arrangement in advance. Drinks ordered ahead (lemonades, tea, cocktails) will be on the table when your guests arrive.
We only host birthdays for adults: Burley Club is 18+, and our staff ask for ID when they're unsure of a guest's age. This applies to everyone at the party.
Corporate events and Christmas parties
A company party in Warsaw doesn't have to mean a banquet hall out of town. At Burley Club in Ochota, your team gets a room, screens, a sound system and a bar, and after the official part everyone stays at the table.
- Business meetings and presentations. Connect a laptop via HDMI and we'll show the picture on every screen in the club at once; wireless microphones play through the venue's sound system. For a product launch, an end-of-year review, a small workshop or a client event.
- Team building. An evening for the team around the table: board games, an EA Sports FC tournament on the PlayStation 5 in the Private Room, your own quiz or karaoke on the screens.
- A Christmas party for your team. We don't have ready-made holiday packages. We host a Christmas party (in Poland, a “wigilia firmowa”) like any other event: we agree the room, the hours, the drinks and any catering for your group. In December, book well ahead.
- During the day. A meeting before the club opens - by arrangement.
We issue VAT invoices.
Equipment and formats: presentations, karaoke, live sports
- Screens. Connect a laptop via HDMI and we'll show the picture on all screens in the club at once, in the Main Hall and the Private Room: a presentation, photos, videos, a quiz.
- Wireless microphones connected to the club's sound system - for a toast, a speech or hosting a quiz.
- Your own playlist - play it through the club's sound system.
- Your own karaoke. You play the backing tracks from a laptop, for example from YouTube; we provide the microphones, sound system and screens. We don't host karaoke - it's your evening and your songs.
- A match or a fight night. We show big matches on request, by arrangement and where possible; a UFC, KSW or boxing event you can stream from your own laptop or account via HDMI.
- Lighting in the Main Hall. We'll set the colour for your party: in your company colours, in the birthday person's favourite colour or dimmed for a screening.
- PlayStation 5 in the Private Room - no extra charge when you book the room. Board games from the shelf by the entrance - also free.

Food, drinks and terms
- Drinks. A tea menu, signature cocktails and lemonades. Drinks ordered in advance will be on the table when you arrive.
- Food. We don't have our own kitchen. On site you can order burgers and snacks from Dobra Buła, and for a party you can bring your own catering - by arrangement.
- Cake. Bring it in advance: we'll keep it in the fridge and serve it at the agreed moment.
- Decorations. Your own - by arrangement.
- Price. We have no packages or fixed per-person rate: you pay for what you order. A regular evening with us is usually 60–140 zł per person, according to guests' Google reviews. When you book the Private Room, the Main Hall for an event or the whole club, terms are agreed individually; a deposit counted towards the bill may be required.
- VAT invoice - yes, we issue them.
How to book a room for your event
- Fill in the booking form (date, time, number of guests) or call +48 532 657 310.
- In the notes, tell us the occasion and what you need: a room, equipment, a cake, catering, decorations, an invoice.
- We'll call you back, confirm the date and agree the terms.
The earlier, the better - especially for Fridays and Saturdays and in December, the Christmas party season.
